With 26 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Fortino has worked on both National and International markets, and for the past fifteen years, he has led Staffing Solutions as its C.E.O. He is a force to be reckoned with, having increased the company’s Professional Placement Division sales by 12% in 2018, and maintaining a 94% retention rate for the past ten years. Furthermore, Fortino is also an active participant in his community, serving on several non-profit boards for over 35 years. He has served as Chairman of the Board for the YMCA of Orange County, and currently serves as Chairman for Goodwill Industries of Orange County/Landmark Services Board, among others.
Fortino’s expertise spans a wide range of industries, from Food and Beverage to high-end Clerical and Professional placements.
